The Corporate Safety Officer Plans, Directs and Implements the Company Safety Program to ensure a safe, healthy and accident-free work environment on every project.
Role Responsibilities
- Thorough understanding of and ability to enforce all federal, state, local, and Company regulations
- Ability to recognize hazardous situations and implement corrective measures
- Train and Educate others
- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills
Requirements
- Occupational Safety/Health degree or equivalent combinations of training and related experience
- 5+ Years Construction Safety Experience
- OSHA30 and/or OSHA500 certification
- Proficient with Microsoft Office
